Just started having issues with printer not always printing. Error message "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn print off, then on. If problem persists contact HP. Ox61011bed "    I put in new blue cartridge. It still prints.but will stop after a print job and show the above message but when I hit the "ok" button I can usually print again. It keeps doing the ink check thing..like back and forth a couple times. Also new message "do not use a power strip or wall switch to shut down. All equipment hooked up separately to a power strip. I use the off button on the printer screen.

[ps: I know I have Windows 10 but beyond that have no idea and don't know where to look.]

Thanks for any help. Grannie

Kumar thank you for the directions. I actually had done similar but did all again according to your advice.  There was a Lot of ink at the right end of the carriage. I sopped it up best I could. I believe the issue may be the 'part' at end of carriage that takes the ink from the cartridge. The cartridge is fine with no leaks. Seeing that this unit is out of warranty and per reading looking it up the other day found out that no replacement parts are available anymore.  Thie unit still prints but does stop and reset every so often.  I will start looking for a new unit.  Again, thanks for the assist.
