Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Keep getting the error message to remove and reinstall the ink cartridge. Traced it to the color one. Cleaned the contacts on cartridge and the printer, but still the same. Can print with just the black installed as it will print a test page with just it in the printer.. Am on the instant ink program. From what I have been reading, I think I need a new color cartridge.
