color not printing on Envy 5010

macOS 10.12 Sierra

Hello,

the cartridge level is ok but I cant print color. I have already done the diagnostic ( no color printing at all) , the cleaning step 1 and step 2.

Black printing is ok.

Thanks for your help.

I understand you are not able to print in color. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues

 

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your MAC.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Try making a color copy on the printer to check the result. If the issue persists, it either could be an issue with the color ink cartridge or the printer itself.

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
