Just changed internet service providers and my printer is no longer available on the network. Ive tried everything for weeks on end. Today i ran a web access test and the result is printer is currently configured with a gateway address that cannot be accessed. Trouble is i somehow lost my administrator rights when i switched to the new network and cannot control my own printer.

@bpenyak

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

If the wireless connection issue persists, go to the HP Wireless Print Center (in English) for more information.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
