connecting HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium to wireless modem

HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One Printer series - N911
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to connect my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium printer via wireless to a Technicolor TC8717T modem.  Have tried numerous times without success rebooted modem and printer.  Any solutions?  Thanks

As I understand you need help connecting to the wireless modem,

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details: 

Did you ensure your printer is compatible with your modem?

(Click here to verify, if you haven't done it yet)

 

Please remember that your printer only support the below wireless specifications: 

  • 802.11 b/g/n – 2.4 GHz networks only

That said, if you modem is compatible with the above information, follow the below steps:

 

The best way to resolve the issue is by using the HP Guided Troubleshooter: 

Click here to access it (simply select your description of the issue from the bottom of the screen to gain access to the next set of steps that should resolve your concern).
