contact issue regards to instant ink and printer issues

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i need 2 issues resolving in which i think i will need to exchange my printer. i also want to change my instant ink plan to the free plan and get refunded for about 5 charges which i thought i had cancelled for. I have tried to connect to live chat alot of times but i can not get hold of anyone. phone calls are not an option as i have severe phone call anxiety. please help! 😞
