Product: HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

after running partial hard reset due to " one or more cartridges appear damage error ", cannot get printer head to return to left side to insert different cartridges. Any suggestions? Tried recycling power but no luck.
