Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Try these steps:

Power Cycle the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  2. Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  3. Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Updates

 Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

 

Reset the Printer

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
  2. Disconnect any USB or network cables.
  3. Wait for about 2 minutes.
  4. Reconnect the power source and turn on the printer (without connecting the USB/network cables).
  5. Once the printer is back on, reconnect the cables.

Remove and Reinstall Ink Cartridges

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges.
  3. Inspect the cartridges for any damage or leaks.
  4. Clean the ink contacts on the cartridges and the printer.
  5. Reinstall the ink cartridges and close the printer cover.
  6. Turn the printer back on.
