Hi @sharief01,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet 2320 printer is powered on, but the ink level lights are not flashing and it's not printing images even though the ink levels are depleted, here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the ink cartridge access door and ensure that the cartridges are properly seated. Remove and reinsert them to make sure they are installed correctly.
  • Check for any protective tape or plastic that may not have been removed from the cartridges.

Replace Ink Cartridges:

  • If the ink levels are indeed depleted, replace the cartridges with new ones. Even if the ink level lights are not flashing, the cartridges may be empty or dried out.

Clean Printhead:

  • Use the printer's built-in cleaning function to clean the printhead. This can help if the printhead is clogged and affecting print quality.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer settings are configured correctly on your computer. Sometimes incorrect settings can cause issues with printing.

Printer Status:

  • Restart the printer and check for any error messages or warnings on the printer’s display.

Software and Drivers:

  • Make sure you have the latest drivers and software installed for your printer. Visit HP’s official website and download the most recent drivers if necessary.

Printer Reset:

  • Perform a hard reset of the printer. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, there might be a hardware problem with the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
