deskjet 2700 wireless issues - attempting wired instead. No response

HP Recommended
deskjet 2700
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have barely gotten this printer to work wireless. I have a good connection and a good bandwidth.

So I ordered a wire to attempt to print without a connect because I didn't want a wireless printer, but this looked like the best option out all the only wireless options I had. I still struggle to print even wireless. I can't find a driver (only suggesting the smart app) and I'm struggling to get through to any support other than the virtual agent. The printer is now stuck on busy and I have repeated ran it through the diagnostics and now trying the HPPSdr.

@Lizzone

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: ● Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.

Once done, uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try connecting the Printer again.

Let me know if this helps.
