Hi @DJE23,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are getting an error message B805E5BO on your HP OfficeJetPro 9025 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

It would be helpful if someone told those of us experiencing this problem where to find the solutions that you apparently private message to a select few. Having my work stopped in its tracks is frustrating, even more so when I read that others have received responses to their requests for assistance. WHERE does one find instructions to do a 'semi-full reset'? Whatever this error represents, it is becoming more aggressive in my printer, now giving a message that if I unplug it I may cause permanent damage. Is there another way to clear the code besides unplugging it?
