Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer does not print. Tried all fixes, nothing works. HP tech support is a joke. It took me almost an hour to get to this support page. This HP printer envy 5055 is going out the window and I will never ever buy anything from HP again. I'm going for a real printer that actually prints, supported by tech support I can actually talk to instead of getting the runaround with a virtual "printer doctor"  who tells me (after signing in, signing up, downloading and installing all kinds of stuff) that my printer checks out fine. A lady (Sheena) I was chatting with on the HP sales page simply left and disconnected the chat. How rude !

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
