Γεια σας, έχω ένα πλεονέκτημα 6475 μελανιού hp deskjet και δεν εκτυπώνει έγγραφα ή excell ή έγγραφα Powerpoint. Εκτυπώνει αρχεία pdf και εικόνες. Όταν χτυπήσω το κουμπί εκτύπωσης λέει "η εκτύπωση δεν είναι δυνατή από τη λέξη λόγω ενός προβλήματος στις ρυθμίσεις του εκτυπωτή". Διάβασα κάποιες άλλες συμβουλές σε άλλους ερωτήσεις και προσπαθώ να διορθώσω το πρόβλημα, αλλά τίποτα δεν συνέβη .. είμαι απελπισμένος ... αν ξέρετε ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα, θα χαρώ να ακούσω τις συμβουλές σας. Ευχαριστώ..
