Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Good day,

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop running MS Windows 7 64 bit. I have a HP Office Jet PRO 8210.

I'm having trouble printing so I downloaded the HP print doctor tool. I run it and it says "Extracting....100%".

It then proceeds to spin the mouse around a few times and then it does absolutely nothing and dies.

Please help!
