ePrint works - but now my laptop won't connect to my printer

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Surface Pro operating Windows 10 and a HP7520 all in one.  I recently used eprint for the first time in a long time.  It worked fine.  Since then, however, I have been unable to connect my printer to my computer.  I cannot print from my computer -- only through eprint.  I have restarted my computer, my printer, and my router.  I have updated my software. I have uninstalled and reinstalled my printer.  Nothing works.  Any ideas?

I guess I found the solution:  ask for help in the forum.  After two weeks of dealing with this, it suddenly started working on its own.
