envy 4520 all-in-one printer error ​code OXOOF81D42 TRKERNEL C 
I have done the reset in which you unplug everything, take out the print cartridge, wait 60 seconds, etc. and it does not help the problem.

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

 

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
