Helloooo, anyone out there? I paid good money for an HP printer, which now doesn't work. Anyone at HP prepared to help me out? Saw that a previous similar-ish query resulted in a private message giving instructions on how to reset the printer. Might I (and those who tagged the "also having this problem") get the same level of HP service?
