Hi @wdizinno,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP ENVY 6052e is feeding paper but not printing anything on it, there could be a few possible reasons for this issue.

  • Clogged Print Head: Even though you hear the print head moving, it's possible that the print head nozzles are clogged. Try running the print head cleaning utility from your printer's settings menu to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Incorrect Paper Settings: Make sure that the paper size and type settings on both your computer and the printer match the paper you're using. Incorrect settings could cause the printer to feed paper without printing anything on it.
  • Low Ink Levels: While you mentioned that the ink is okay, it's still worth double-checking the ink levels. Sometimes, even if the ink cartridges are not completely empty, they might not have enough ink to produce visible prints.
  • Driver Issues: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. Outdated or corrupt drivers can sometimes cause printing problems.
  • Faulty Ink Cartridges: Although you mentioned that the ink is okay, it's possible that one or more of the ink cartridges are faulty or have become dried out. Try replacing the cartridges with new ones to see if it resolves the issue.
  • Hardware Malfunction: If none of the above solutions work, there might be a hardware malfunction with the printer itself.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
