was using other ink not hp
Just installed new hp cartridges and printer acknowledge the 4 cartridges 950 & 951
It still gives me the error message
Watched you tube and did almost every thing except flushing the head.

Update the printer firmware
Here are the steps:- Click here
Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges
Open the door to access to the ink cartridges.
Wait until the carriage stops moving before you continue.
Push the ink cartridge to remove it, and then push it into its slot until it snaps into place.
Repeat these steps for the other three ink cartridges.
Close the ink cartridge access door.
