Great here we go again with the typing and trying again. Today, ladies and gentlemen, we are working with a HP ENVY 6455 All-In-One. Today this device has become the bne of my existence and is creating tormenting little printer spawn mems on the net. Now seriously I have read the other threads that contain an E 0 error and the slightly apply however I have tried all of the steps is not more with some exception the printer is currently not installed on my machine or network so I can not run a full diagnostic on it yet alone install it due to the E 0 error. It is an inherited machine from when my fayher passes and my mother got a new all-in-one.
Here are the facts have genuine and correct HP ink cartridges. They are not loose in connection and both connections (printer and cartridge) have been cleaned. Paperjam has been searched fpr, not found but cleared. Error has been limited to the color cartridge only. Both cartridges have been replaced with new cartridges. Machine is currently unplugged and before todays attempted install has been unplugged for 3 months without error.
Troubleshooting steps have been followed.
Please advise.
