Hi @Troy1060 , Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

This does seem like a Hardware issue, and the printer needs to be serviced

If the Warranty expire,d HP can still get the printer serviced for a charge, or you can check for a printer upgrade

I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
