I dont know the info besides its a HP OfficeJet Pro 6830 i go to click clean printer alignment and it shows it for a split second and than disappears it gives me a error code that alignment needs cleaned? i got it for free from a nice lady and she said she has never had that problem before. is there a way to fix this? could ink be dried out? believe she said its been sitting awhile.

Hi. When I try to print something I get an error that says error to printhead. I have contacted a printer guy in my area and he looked up known issues and says the problem can’t be fixed. But I need to know if it can!! I need this printer for important stuff asap that I don’t have the money to copy at this time. Can someone please help me!! I try to click clean printhead option on screen but it shows it for a split second and it disappears and goes back the settings option
