Hi @RST0711,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Error code EBS00P0004 on an HP LaserJet M110we printer typically indicates a communication issue between the printer and the network. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
- Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues. Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
- Check Network Connection: Ensure that the printer is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network. Check the Wi-Fi settings on the printer to make sure it's connected to the correct network and that the signal strength is adequate.
- Restart Router and Laptop: Restarting your router and laptop can sometimes resolve connectivity issues. Turn off both devices, wait for a minute, and then turn them back on.
- Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes fix bugs and improve connectivity.
- Reinstall Printer Drivers: Uninstall the printer drivers from your laptop and then reinstall them. Make sure you download the latest drivers from the HP website.
- Reset Network Settings on the Printer: You can try resetting the network settings on the printer to default and then reconfigure the Wi-Fi connection.
- Use WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup): If your router supports WPS, you can try using it to connect the printer to the Wi-Fi network. Consult your printer's manual for instructions on how to use WPS.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
