I have unplugged the printer and the error code comes back . Also when the restart comes up on the printer it is frozen and does not work . The printer is 2 months old I have always had HP printers and this is the first time I have encountered this.  Can anyone help or do I need to contact HP direct.

If your HP Envy 6132e All-in-One Printer displays the error code f0.01.01.02 and remains frozen after attempting a restart, follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

 

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up to date.
  • Visit the HP Support Page and look for any available firmware updates specific to your printer model.

Reset the Printer:

  • Sometimes a hard reset can resolve issues. Follow the steps outlined in the user manual or visit the HP support website for instructions on resetting your HP Envy 6132e printer.
