error message 063CC413

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Got message to change ink cartridge, I changed it. Then got error message all cartridges had to be changed. Took them all out and now carriage is stuck at the right empty. Then menu box is now blue with Error message 063CC413. Have unplugged everything and all I get is the blue error message. Cannot get printer back on line. There are no paper jams.  HELP

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
