OfficeJet 6950
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey all,
I have an OfficeJet 6950 that's displaying the above mentioned error. It started after we've been gone for 10 days during which printer was disconnected. To cut through the chase, tried a hard-reset by the book several times, and no paper stuck anywhere, all drivers are up-to-date. Typically to other users who reported this error message, ink cartridge is stuck on the right and won't center itself, making taking it out and cleaning it impossible.
Any idea for what to try other than contacting support would be highly appreciated.

@ira4, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays

If the error persists, please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer as it is a hardware failure.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
