Hi @sdb02_,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand the urgency of your situation. Let's try to troubleshoot the issue step by step.

  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This can often resolve temporary glitches.
  • Check Wi-Fi connection: Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is working properly and that other devices can connect to it without any issues. If possible, try connecting your printer to a different Wi-Fi network to see if the problem persists.
  • Reset the printer's network settings: Most printers have an option to reset network settings to default. Refer to your printer's user manual to find out how to do this.
  • Check printer settings: Make sure that the printer is set up to connect to your Wi-Fi network. You may need to re-enter the Wi-Fi password or reconfigure the network settings.
  • Update printer firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can often fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Check printer cartridges: Even though you mentioned that both cartridges are full, it's worth double-checking to ensure they are properly installed and not causing any issues.
  • Clear any paper jams: Sometimes, even a small paper jam can cause error messages. Open up the printer and check for any paper jams or obstructions.

I hope one of these steps helps resolve the issue with your printer so you can get back to work as soon as possible.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
