Hi @acsalem,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code C4EBA341 on your HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer typically indicates a hardware issue, often related to the printhead or ink system. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue without disassembling the printer.

Basic Troubleshooting Steps:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Open the printer cover and remove the ink cartridges.
  • Check for any protective tape that might still be on the cartridges.
  • Clean the contacts on the cartridges and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.
  • Reinsert the cartridges securely.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Look for any paper jams or obstructions in the printer's paper path.
  • Remove any jammed paper gently to avoid tearing it.

Reset the Printer:

  • While the printer is on, disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • If possible, check if your printer is connected to the internet.
  • Go to the HP website or use the HP Smart app to see if there’s a firmware update available.

Additional Steps if the Problem Persists:

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool, which can help diagnose and resolve various printer issues.

Check Error Codes:

  • Consult the HP support website for any specific troubleshooting steps related to the error code C4EBA341.

Hopefully, one of these steps will help you resolve the error without needing to take the printer apart!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
