Hi @akashmbdmoradab

Welcome to the HP Support Community!  We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for flagging the recurring error—I'm really sorry you're running into this. To help isolate the cause, I’d like to understand a few details first:

  • What is the exact error message or code you see when the print fails?
  • Which printer model are you using?
  • Is the printer connected via Wi-Fi, USB, or Ethernet?
  • Does the error occur with all print jobs or only certain types (e.g., PDFs, photos, double-sided)?
  • Are you printing from a Windows PC, Mac, Android, or another device?
  • Have you noticed any patterns—like the error happening after the printer wakes from sleep or after a long idle period?

Once I have a clearer picture, I’ll guide you through the most effective steps to resolve it.
