Hi @Laura195310,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP DeskJet 2755e All-In-One Printer is flashing lights constantly, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check for Error Messages:

  • Review any displayed error messages on the printer's screen (if available) or check for flashing patterns in the lights. Refer to the printer’s manual or HP's support page for an explanation of the flashing patterns.

Clear Paper Jams:

  • Even if you don’t see a paper jam, check the paper tray and inside the printer for any stuck paper or debris. This could trigger warning lights.

Check Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure the ink cartridges are properly installed and are not low or empty. Remove and reseat the cartridges, making sure they click into place.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the wall outlet, and leave it unplugged for at least 60 seconds. Plug it back in, turn it on, and check if the lights stop flashing.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a hard reset by turning off the printer, unplugging it, and holding down the power button for 15 seconds. After that, plug it back in and turn it on.

Firmware Update: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Check if your printer has any available firmware updates. You can do this through the HP Smart app or HP website.

Network Issues:

  • If the flashing lights are related to a Wi-Fi issue (e.g., connection to the network), check your Wi-Fi settings and ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
