Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

getting error code 0x6100004e on my HP 6958; can't turn off with off button; won't print alignment sheet.  It thinks theres a paper jam, but I do not see anything in the printer.  I've unplugged, from wall and back of printer.  When I try to shut down with the turn off button, it keeps saying "shutting down" but never does.
