Try these steps:
Restart the Printer:
- Turn the printer off and disconnect the power cord.
- Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn the printer on.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open all accessible areas where paper travels through the printer.
- Make sure there is no paper jam or debris.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed and there is no obstruction.
- Remove and reinsert the cartridges if necessary.
Update Printer Firmware:

Restore Printer to Factory Defaults:
