Hi setup my new printer today and never saw where to enter detaild for free ink.

Is the offer mentioned on the printer box?

You will have to enroll the printer in Instant Ink first by selecting a plan. Once done, the free months will get auto-credited to your Instant Ink account.

Refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

If this does not happen, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
