how do i get to phone for technical support

Product: 6700 office jet

office jet 6700 wont print. did everything to troubleshoot. problem persists and says to contact hp. ive tried. Is there phone to speak to a tech. i will pay for a service agreement . product is out of warranty.

What you should NOT do is respond to rats and desperate people who will take advantage of you - and still leave you with an old printer that does not work.

Having done "everything" leaves us nothing to offer for mystery "won't print" issue.
