Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

every since i bought the printer 2 months ago, i have always had to press the highlighted resume button to print the next pages there is no paper jam its done this from day one, i press the button and it then feeds the paper and prints next page, then does the same again, its really annoying can anyone help?? x

Can ensure that the paper size selected in the HP Smart app or driver is the same size as the paper size loaded in the input tray?
