I have an HP Office Pro 7740, Just installed new ink cartages and they loaded fine, then printed a print quality report that looks good. Went to the computer and sent a print. In the HP Smart program, it sees the print in the queue, but it won't print and no error is present. Checked updates, fine, checked the connection, good, did a restart, after deleting the print job, to see if that cleared, Nope... Had HP Smart print a report and got an "error" "new hp cartridges installed" "Fix the problem and then click retry". I'm dumbfounded and confused by this "error"... please help

While waiting for someone to explain the "error" I decided to do several restarts and complete shutdown both the computer and the printer... And after several attempts, the "error stopped and I am now able to print... WOULD STILL LIKE TO UNDERSTAND HOW AND WHY THIS "ERROR" CAME UP THO....
