I had an instance where the printer wouldn't feed paper properly - picked up about 15 pages - unjammed it and it hasn't fed properly since. regular paper is OK but 65lb cardstock misfeeds every time - a bit crooked and seems to feed slightly short - so it starts printing but misses the page.
I have cleaned the rollers with alcohol. I have triple checked to be sure no residual paper pieces are left behind - looked from the top, ink area and the bottom tray area.
another issue is that the paper feed tray is stuck at 8x14 size - this has been since day one - really junky design - anyway - it worked before - even with the elongated tray. I am wasting enormous amounts of labels. Please help!
