HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n

My printer keeps giving me this error message and rebooting it does not help "There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem still persists contact HP" I tried turning the printer off and on several times as well as unplugging it in order to reset the printer but I still get the same error message.

I have recently switched to a cheaper brand of ink cartridges from China after several months of use I wonder if they may be the cause. any help will be appreciated thanks

Your Printhead is clogged. You maybe able to fix it with a printhead cleaning kit if that does not work, you will need to buy a new printhead.
