Dear community support,

i have the same problem as another customer. My hp deskjet 2620 keeps showing blinking lights at the; color ink, paper and 'i' icon. at the same time all of the icons on the screen are flashing (it looks like the E3 error however the 3 is reversed making it look like EE). The printer cannot connect to the wifi or to the computer using the usb cable so i cannot use the HP smart app to diagnose or reset/reinstal drivers or updates.

i have tried resetting the printer using the unplugging method, checked for stuck paper, removed inkcardridges but nothing seems to work. after a couple second of plugging it in, the lights appear again.

 

Is there any way to fix my printer?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Try connecting the Printer to another wall outlet directly.

 

Try another firmware update: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16

Unfortunately the other wall outlet did not do the job. Since i still can not connect it to my pc, i cannot update the firmware..
