Product: HP Deskjet 6958

My HP Deskjet 6958 will not print black ink.  I have replaced the cartridges twice, Cleaned the printheads through the 3rd  level cleaning twice, clear smudge, aligned, and removed and reinstalled the printer.  None of this has resolved the issue.  My printer will not print black ink.  Reaching out for some help, please.  Any advice?
