@manoj2026, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you've replaced the logic board on your HP DeskJet 1668 and the power LED is on but the printer is not initializing, there might be several reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can consider:

Check Connections: Ensure that all cables and connectors are securely attached to the new logic board. Loose connections can prevent the printer from functioning properly.

Reset Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug from the power source, wait for about 60 seconds, and then plug it back in. This can sometimes resolve initialization issues.

Firmware Update: Ensure that the printer firmware is up to date. You might need to connect the printer to a computer to check for firmware updates via HP software.

Cartridge Inspection: Open the printer cover to inspect the ink cartridges. Ensure they are correctly installed and that there is no blockage preventing the carriage from moving.

Diagnostic Tests: If your printer has diagnostic features, use them to determine if any specific errors are reported.

Check for Error Codes: Look for any error codes on the printer display, if available, and consult HP support documentation to understand what they signify.

Reinstallation of Components: Double-check the installation of the new logic board to ensure it was correctly fitted into the printer. You might need to reseat it if there are any issues.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
