@Wondirad, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The E7 error on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer typically indicates an issue with the ink system, often related to priming.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve this error:
Power Cycle (Hard Reset)

  1. Turn off the printer.
  2. Unplug it from the wall completely.
  3. Wait 1-2 minutes.
  4. Plug it directly into a wall socket (not into an extension or surge protector).
  5. Turn it back on and check.

Check Scanner Glass Area

  • Open the scanner lid.
  • Make sure there’s no paper, dust, or any obstruction inside the scanner bed.
  • Gently move the scanner bar (if possible — very carefully) to check if it's stuck.
  • Clean the scanner glass and edges.

Check Ink Levels: Ensure that all ink tanks are filled properly. Sometimes, the printer might not detect the ink correctly if the levels are too low

Prime the Ink System:

  • Press and hold the Resume button for 3 seconds. This should initiate the priming process.

Clean Printhead Contacts:

  • Open the ink tank access door and gently clean the printhead contacts with a lint-free cloth or cotton swab dipped in distilled water.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
