Product: hp laserjet m1132 mfp

When I try to scan or print the printer seems to work normally until I look at the print itself. Turns out it always prints out only these blurry gray lines. I tried scanning, printing from computer with different drivers, always the same. I have added a photo below to show what is printed.  Can aynone tell me if this is fixable DIY or do I have to take it to a service. What could be the possible issues? I have no experience with printers, I will be grateful for all and any information.
