@Mocha1989, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your HP Office jet 4620 being stuck!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I see your HP OfficeJet 4620 is repeatedly printing the alignment page, and I know that can be frustrating. Let’s get this sorted!

First, let’s check a few things:

Complete the Alignment – If the printer keeps printing the page, it might be waiting for you to scan it. Place the alignment page face down on the scanner glass, align it according to the guides, and press the Start Copy (Black or Color) button. This should complete the process.

Check Ink Cartridges – If the alignment process isn’t completing, try removing and reinserting the cartridges. If they’re running low or not genuine HP cartridges, the printer might struggle with alignment.

Power Reset – Sometimes, a simple reset helps.

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.

Wait for about a minute, then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Printer Settings – If alignment keeps repeating, reset the printer settings:

Press Setup > Tools > Restore Defaults and restart the printer.
