Please can someone help me to fix the problem with the hp officejet 4630 not recognizing the original new color ink cartridge. it says the screen needs to be replaced, but it is a new cartridge

What is the exact error message on the printer screen?
Are the printer and the ink cartridge bought in the same region?
Make sure the protective plastic tape is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.
