hp officejet 6700 premium -- printhead not detected or missing or not properly installed -

HP Recommended

At starting the printer job request, the printer did some internal check and issue a message related to the Printhead appears to be missing or not detected or not properly installed. 

the option on the screen "Show" when selected is not responding. 

what are the options,

any way to check the installation or

need a new printhead or

.... a new printer.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead.

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer as it could be a hardware failure. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
