hp officejet pro 6975 replaced ink cartridge and now it won't print from my iphone

I have always been able to print from my iPhone directly to my printer.  I replaced the black ink cartridge today and now it won't print from my iPhone.  I can see the printer from my iPhone but it won't print from the iPhone.  The printer and my iPhone are both active on my local Wi-Fi.  I have printed the HP network configuration page so printer is working but just not from my iPhone.

Thanks for any help!

Hi @triciaatx,

I'd like to help!

Restart your router, printer, and phone this resolves the connectivity issue

  1. Turn the printer off, and then wait 10 seconds.
  2. Disconnect the printer power cord from the printer.
  3. Turn off the phone or the device you are trying to print from.
  4. Connect the printer power cord to the printer, and then turn on the printer.
  5. Disconnect the power cord from your wireless router, and then wait 10 seconds.
  6. Reconnect the power cord to the router. Wait until Internet service is restored. Internet service is interrupted while the router is off.
  7. Turn on the phone.

Try and print

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
