I have tried resetting, replacing cartridges and cleaning printhead

Still error message  Help!!!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

 

Try these steps:

Check and Remove Obstructions

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  2. Open the door to access the printhead carriage.
  3. Ensure there are no obstructions or debris in the printhead path.
  4. Move the printhead to each side manually to ensure free movement.
  5. Close the carriage access door.

Reset Printer

  1. Turn off the printer using the power button.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  4. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cord to the printer and power source.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Clean Printhead and Contacts

  1. Open the door to access the printhead.
  2. Remove the printhead and cartridges.
  3. Clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and inside the printer with a lint-free cloth.
  4. Reinsert the printhead and cartridges.
  5. Close the carriage access door.

Update Printer Firmware

 Kindly refer to this link to update your printer firmware.

 

Remove and Reinstall Cartridges

  1. Remove all ink cartridges from the printer.
  2. Ensure that the protective tape is removed from the cartridges.
  3. Reinsert the cartridges securely into their slots.
  4. Close the cartridge access door.

Perform a Hard Reset

  1. Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
  2. Hold down the Power button and reconnect the power cord while continuing to hold the button for 15 seconds.
  3. Release the button and turn the printer on.
