i have tried all the suggested things to get it to work but nothing - my computer is also telling me the printer is offline which it is not. is this connection part of the issue with the print head. i do not want to order a new print head and find there is another issue - any help?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. A 0x error indicates a possible hardware issue with the printer.

  • Are you able to bypass this error and access the home screen of the printer?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document -  '0xc19a0003' or Similar Error Code Displays
 

Also, check for any paper jams inside the printer and make sure the print carriage is moving freely. Refer to - Paper Jam Error If the error persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know-how.
