Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hp printer pagewide pro mfp 477dw

Error show 0x610000d3 

Printer asked to switch off and it is unable, So tried to unplug electricity, then all same happened, same error ask to switch off printer and Printer again unable to switch off 

checked how to be able to solve it but not yet found solution
